Please read, extra update;

    • I’ve had a few people mention they get neck tension during sit ups. If this is you, I’d highly recommend doing the neck focus tutorial inside my Essential Course. This will teach you how to lift the neck safely and help you reduce neck pain. If you’d like to take up the Essential course click here >> Essential Course

    • I also had a request for a warm up video to use before classes. This is not essential but if you’re keen I’ve included onto use here  >> Warm up video

    • As there many different levels fitness in the group, and some participants are keen on strong sessions, I’ve included another bonus abdominal focus class to use, if you’d like one more session today  >>  Ab Focus Class

    Really enjoyed day 2. I do Pilates classes but I would say this is more challenging but obviously for a much shorter time. I’ve always wondered if our class doesn’t progress enough. Look forward to day 3

    Started Day two, good stretches
    But couldn’t do many exercises in it. Was loosing my core connection today.
    Should I practice day 2 before I move on to the next day

      Hi I offer Barre Classes. Not ballet but Barre Exercise Classes. There are some in the challenge and also in my Core Fit Club Online Pilates studio membership. It is only $7 for the first month until Friday if you decide you would like to take that up. If you don’t get to finish al the challenge by Friday. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Em x

    I’m in a lot of pain with my knees at tje moment so not doing some of the exercises on hands and knees but have completed day 2.

      Ok good you are modifying … Put a towel under you knees to help if you have to kneel. i have specific knee pain relief program if you are interested at all. Do you know what the pain is from?

    I suffer from sciatica which has flared up at the moment but am finding that I can manage most of your exercises . Very good so far. Can’t wait for day 3

    Yesterday’s challenge was great to get back into Pilates. Makes me really miss it. So glad I found you, I like how you talk slowly thru it. I did it in our backyard and spotted a beautiful magnolia flowering whilst doing the challenge.

        When I try go to a video it says from Vimeo… You have been temporarily blocked, click here to prove you’re not a robot. Then once I’ve done that the space where the video is meant to be is just blank. This is on my phone and laptop.
        Then the chat button is covering the cookies warning so I can’t close that either.

          Hi there I’m unsure what is the cause of this It is the first time I’ve heard of it/ Have all the other videos been ok?
