We recently celebrated International Pilates Day on 6th May.

This day is always a great reminder of how Pilates has been such an integral part of my life, for over 23 years.

I’ve been teaching now for 20 years and I can gladly say I’m still learning. That’s one of the great things about this form of exercise. We are always learning about our body.

How long have you been doing Pilates?

Has your mum tried it before ?

If you’re wondering what to get your mum or yourself this mothers day, keep reading for some great ideas..

Plus a free class for you to try out!

This class was a LIVE Class suitable for all levels.

Be sure to share this with any friends or family you know who need a little extra self care and movement in their life.

Enjoy!

Enjoy 7 Days FREE!

During the month of May you can enjoy a Free 7 Day Trial of the Core Fit Club.

Join hundreds of other happy Core Fit Club members where you can access all my classes, like the class above anytime anywhere.
