Challenge Yourself

How often do you challenge yourself, pushing the boundaries and getting out of your comfort zone?

We can challenge ourselves in many different areas; personally, at work, physically, mentally, creatively….there are so many ways to challenge yourself.

This month is a perfect opportunity – by joining the 14 Day Pilates Challenge.

Even if you don’t do it all, attempting a challenge is a great start.

So why should you challenge yourself yourself ?

You now only grow as an individual but you also learn about yourself.

When you challenge yourself, you realise you are capable of doing more than you would normally do. We are all stronger and more capable than we often think we are.

When you have these realisations and achievements, this leads to and increased confidence, even feelings of empowerment.

When you challenge yourself physically to exercise and eat healthier, you not only feel better, but it has a ripple effect throughout your life.

Your mood improves, you sleep better, you have more energy, you walk with a spring in our step, with better posture, have less aches and pains, have more flexibility and control over your body.

So what will you challenge yourself with today?

Let me know in the comments below.

Hope to see you in the 14 Day Challenge!

Lots of love
