I often think about this…
How it’s such a shame that more people don’t know about the amazing benefits of Pilates.
Do you ever try to tell people how good it is, and yet they still don’t try it?
Especially loved ones, right ?
Yet, I still don’t give up!
Even if I become a pain in the ‘beep’! haha
I guess as an instructor it’s harder for me to not give up, as I feel negligent if I don’t share what I know…
My poor husband, he can’t even stand without me analysing his posture and telling him to soften his knees!
The funny thing is, my advice hasn’t fallen on deaf ears, as I always thought, because he now gives my advice to others! haha
Then there’s my poor brother…
I tell him to straighten his back in a facebook comment, when I see photos of him sitting on the beach!
Oh dear – what a cheeky sister!
I do that partly joking, but partly not, as I know how bad he’s back pain got at one point, just from poor sitting posture.
Plus, I know that he paid lots of money to a physio to help him fix it, yet I fixed his pain in one session, just by teaching him how to sit properly.
