Lacking Motivation ? Try these Pilates workouts!

I haven’t been doing much Pilates or Yoga for the past 10 days, as I’ve been co-hosting the Bhutan retreat. (More on that click here)

I always move a bit when I teach, as I’m demoing, but it was tricky to fit in my own proper workout during the retreat, as our schedule was so packed.

Many late nights and early morning starts at 5/6am.

I got in lots of walking though!

I’ll be sure to share more details about the retreat next week, so keep a lookout.

I’m still feeling quite low in energy, as still recovering from the retreat.

I always feel tired after. (but it’s always worth it!)

Plus the hazy weather here in Malaysia doesn’t help, giving me flu like symptoms.

However, as much as I feel lazy, I’m trying to motivate myself to get back into a good exercise routine.

I know if I exercise I’ll feel so much better, faster.

Exercise helps to release our happy hormones, get the blood circulating and increases our energy levels.

So, I started off with two half hour pilates classes, yesterday and today.

I wasn’t easy let me tell you!

While I’m motivating myself, I thought I’d send you some motivation as well!

Here are 3 workouts you can choose from this weekend or anytime you like actually!
