Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go on a Pilates and Yoga Retreat?

Imagine not having to think on a holiday, having everything you need taken care of for 4 – 7 days.

You’re taken to some of the most amazing locations and attractions.

You travel with like minded people who are also interested in taking time out and caring for themselves.

At the same time, having daily Pilates & Yoga classes available to keep up your health and fitness!

Sounds great right?

This can be you!

If you didn’t already know, I run regular retreats in some amazing locations.

In fact, I’m super excited to be heading to Bhutan this weekend, co-hosting a Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness Cultural Escape, for 15 ladies.

Our itinerary is really exciting.

One of the highlights is a hike to the famous Monastery, called ‘The Tigers Nest’.

It’s a sacred Buddhist site built in 1692, around the cave where Guru Rinpoche (the founder of Tibetan Buddhism) first meditated – the event that first introduced buddhism to Bhutan.

There is as legend that Guru Rinpoche was carried from Tibet to this location on the back of a tigress, therefore giving the name The Tiger’s Nest.

The Monastery consists of a small collection of buildings precariously perched on a cliff, 900 meters off the ground.

Check it out here in this pic…so breathtaking.

In between taking care of the ladies in our group, and taking in the energy of the country and it’s beautiful people, I’ll share as much of the experience with you as I can.

If I have time, some by email, but mostly on > Facebook and >Instagram

So be sure you’re following me on one of those social platforms (with notifications on), for the live updates.

Also if you’re interested in attending a future retreat I’d love to have you along.

It’s a life changing experience.

In fact many of my clients get so much out of it, they return a second time.

You can take a listen to what one of the past participants said about her 2nd Retreat to Bali here >> Bali Retreat

My next retreat will be to Bali in March/April 2020, exact dates coming soon.

However, if you can’t manage to get away on a retreat just yet, but you really need some help relaxing, you can do a mini retreat for yourself at home!

Just block out some time for you, shut the door of your spare room for a couple of hours (or the amount of time you can spare), and do your own workouts and relaxation techniques.

If you’re unsure what to do for relaxation, try this class to help you unwind and release your body!

>> Yoga & Mindfulness, Release & Open Class<<

If you enjoy that, and would like to try similar classes, you can choose from over 200 classes and tutorials, of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and stretch classes, from my online Pilates studio the Core Fit Club.

If you’re not already a member you get to try it free for 7 days.

Remember taking time out for you is so important.

Even if it’s just 10 mins – that counts!

You’ll be amazed at how great you feel when you do, and how well your day will flow when you first take time for your self care.

Hope to see you on the mat!

Lots of love

Em x
