Gratitude
How often do you express gratitude for your life, family, friends, health, experiences, belongings etc?
I’m brining up this topic this month because I am so grateful for you, my new and existing Core Fit Club members.
I’m also grateful for the 7800+ participants in the most recent 21 Day Pilates, Barre & Yoga Challenge.
It was a wonderful month and I’m super grateful to have had the opportunity to help so many people feel fitter, healthier and generally better in themselves.
Being grateful does’t always come easy. We can all fall into the trap of negative thinking and or not celebrating what we currently have.
Too often in life we can find ourselves striving for more, when in fact what we have right now is really all there is. Without seeing this and acknowledging this we can miss the moments.
Sometimes we need a little reminder to be grateful for all things in our life.
Being grateful for what we have, do or experience in our life, actually helps us to also expand on that. If we think about negative things, we get more of those negative things. The universe provides us with more of what we focus on.
So putting out positive, grateful vibes and thoughts for what it is we have already and are happy with, means we’re more likely to receive more of this.
At the end of the day, our thoughts create our actions and our actions create our life.
What are you grateful for today ?
I’d love to hear back from you on what you thought of this month’s focus in the comments below or on our Facebook group.
Lots of love
