It’s been a few weeks since I wrote my usual weekly ‘Mondays on the Mat with Emma’ email.

Since the 14 Day Pilates Challenge in September, life has whizzed by!

I’ve been doing the ‘Mondays on the Mat’ videos live on my Facebook page most weeks.
