10.00am: Pre & Post Natal Class (suitable for pilates beginners also) 55 mins @ Blissful Parenting Bangsar

11.30am: Post Natal Pilates – Pelvic Floor focus class  (55mins) @ Sri Penaga Condo

6.00pm: Pilates – suitable for all levels 1hour @ Common Ground Work Damansara Heights
(each fortnight only – enquire for details) 

Wednesday
7pm:
