EG When you’re sitting with a rounded lower back, understand what that is doing to your core connection. We talk about how being in the correct pelvis position actually helps engage your abdominals and sometimes even look a dress size smaller!

I have lower back problems, what do you recommend? I did both of these exercises; however, I did have a slight problem with my lower back. I suppose it will get better as I progress with the other videos.
