Last Saturday 4th May was International Pilates Day. 

In line with this celebration and to help inspire you to keep up your Pilates, today I’m including 3 FREE classes for you try!  

These classes are taken from my online Pilates Studio: The Core Fit Club.

 👉 Mat Class with Hand Weights – 24mins
This class is suitable for all levels, however will challenge your coordination!
Hand weights not necessary but will add more challenge, you can use soup cans instead!

👉Yoga to help you sleep and relax – 24 mins
This is a great class to help you sleep at night or to relax anytime of the day.
Suitable for all levels

👉 Magic Circle class – 25 mins
This class will strengthen your inner and outer thighs if using a circle.
If you don’t have a circle that’s ok you can use a pillow, block or still do the class without a prop.

20 International Pilates Day

Just a reminder if you still haven’t got around to finding a suitable mothers day gift you can always buy the gift of Pilates! 

Perhaps let your mum try one of the Pilates classes and see if she likes it!
