👉 Mat Class with Hand Weights – 24mins
This class is suitable for all levels, however will challenge your coordination!
Hand weights not necessary but will add more challenge, you can use soup cans instead!
👉Yoga to help you sleep and relax – 24 mins
This is a great class to help you sleep at night or to relax anytime of the day.
Suitable for all levels
