Having fun
Do you have much fun in your life?
One of the many great things I remember from the last Bali retreat was was how much fun we all had. We laughed so much my jaw was aching. We came away with many great memories.
It made me think about how important it is to have fun in our life.
All too often we can get serious and caught up with our responsibilities. We have so many expectations put upon us in our busy lives that we can sometimes forget to make room for the fun.
If we are constantly worrying about the past or future, we will probably find it challenging to access all the potential fun.
Staying present, to what is, allows our fun side to come out. We have more opportunity to allow our childlike humour to express when we have less worries or concerns.
I understand we are human and it is not always possible to be jovial all of the time, and it is normal to have trials and tribulations, however no matter what the situation, it is very important to remember to make room for some fun in our lives.
It is only when we are having fun that we attract more of what we want in life.
Fun comes in many forms and is different for us all.
It maybe catching up with friends, dancing in your lounge room, going on holiday, having dinner and or drinks, playing games, going to a comedy show, watching a movie, going to a rock concert or theme park, the list goes on.
It’s just a good reminder to take notice if you making room for fun.
I’d love to know what you do for fun in your life?
Let me know in the comments below,
Lots of love
