How are you ?
It’s quite hard to believe that 2020 is only 6 months away.
This is a really good time to take a few moments out of your schedule to think about what’s important to you for next 6 months.
It doesn’t have to take long, just a few mins to map out what you’d like to see happen before the end of the year.
I propose you choose 5 things you’d like to focus on, achieve, change, start doing, stop doing, make, finish, organise. It’s up to you, but just make a commitment to yourself, preferably on paper, and keep it somewhere visible!
Whatever you choose or decide on should be measurable.
Here are some examples or ideas, (yes some of these are mine, can you guess which ones? 🙂
1. Declutter the office / or cull my wardrobe
2. Eat more green leafy veggies , e.g. salads with dinner twice per week./ or cut down coffee to one per day or wine to only weekends
3. Have more quality time with loved ones (e.g. switch off the phone and walk outside twice a week) / or read to the kids more often
4. Take a holiday to a new destination / or start volunteering on the weekends.
5. Start Pilates, Yoga & Barre with Emma! hehe (Well I couldn’t leave that one out could I!)
Documenting it makes it far more real.
On that note, talking about making things become real, I’ve got a lovely story to share…

You’re doing enough
