Complaint Free Challenge

How often do you complain?

I thought this is a great topic for our monthly focus, as often many of us are not even aware we are complaining, judging or passing negative comments.

See if you can catch yourself complaining, either in speech or thought, about a situation you find yourself in, what other people do or say, your surroundings or even the weather.

A complaint can also be an observation, thought or comment about which is fuelled with a negative emotion or stress . e.g. ‘ gosh it’s hot today’ , or ‘oh I’m so tired’.

We’re all guilty of those right?

Complaints are the non acceptance of what actually is or the denying of the present moment, the here and now.

When we complain we make ourselves the victim. When we speak out we are in our power. So if we change the situation by taking action or speaking out if necessary or possible, or leave the situation or accept it. All else is our unconscious behaviour.

If we cannot change our situation, then we must surrender to it. Surrender is not weakness, it is powerful. It is only once surrendering that we are internally free from the situation. We may then find that the situation changes without any effort from our part.

What we put out to the world is contagious, it effects not only those around us but also ourself. We need to ask ourselves if we want to put out positive or negative vibes to the world and those around us.

All action that arises, is best coming from a place of positivity.

At the end of the day, our thoughts create the world around us. Our thoughts become our words, words become our actions, actions become our life.

What kind of a life do you want to be living and creating ?

If you’d like to join me this month for a complaint free challenge then please check out this link to learn how we do it!

The way we do it is quite simple (unlike the challenge itself!). All you need to do is wear a bracelet. You can buy one or you may already have one. Any kind of bracelet is fine. Ideally something you don’t need to take off.

If you’re keen to try this write back in the comments below and or in the Facebook group. I’d love to hear your thoughts and if you are going to participate or not?

Lots of love
