🎉Thank you to you- my amazing ePilates Online Community for helping me reach 10K followers!
I can’t thank you enough for your support. This is a huge milestone for ePilates Online.🥳
I started this Instagram account in May 2015, so it’s been a 7 year journey of growth.
To be honest I was never a fan of social media! I was late to the party using Facebook and only joined because I had to for my previous Pilates studio business.
I wasn’t one to post often for many years. I’m usually quite a private person, but had to change that with an online business.
Creating ePilates Online has been an amazing journey of personal growth for me in so many ways.
I overcame many insecurities of being visible online. It was one thing to teach a face to face class of 10-70 people, but to share your work with the world – was a whole new scary thing for me.
When I first started out online there was no video option on Instagram or Facebook.
Now it’s just normal for everyone to be creating video content.
The personal growth for me continues as the business itself grows. This is one part of being in business that I’ve always loved. 💕
Thank you once again for your continued support – allowing me to do what I love for a living.
If you haven’t already joined us in the 21 Day Pilates, Barre and Yoga Challenge be sure to sign up in the Instagram bio or go to www.epilatesonline.com
Lots of love
Em🌸💗
