Secondly, thank you for sharing that you are 6 weeks postnatal, just getting back to the gym and still need to shift your baby weight.
I love Pink and I love her even more now for speaking out and being so honest.

There is so much pressure on women in today’s society, to get their body back quickly after pregnancy.
I believe this is a contributor to Post Natal Depression and some women generally not feeling as good as they could about themselves, during this post natal period.
I always educate my clients and tell them this is a time to be kind to themselves and to realise it is normal to need time for your body to recover.
