Did you set any goals or resolutions for 2017? 

Often if we use the term ‘resolutions’, they don’t always happen!

However if we use terms like ‘new habits’ or ‘goals’, we seem to have more chance at achieving them! 

Can you relate?

I’m always setting myself new goals and trying to improve my habits throughout the year, however I still like to reset them again in the new year. 

I feel it helps us to refocus on what’s important again. 

To help me stay accountable for the new personal habits and goals I have set for 2017, I thought I’d share them with you! 

Here goes… I want to;

  • cook more new & different recipes

  • get back into a regular meditation practice

  • complete my yoga certification

  • travel to at least one new destination on my bucket list

What new habits or goals have set for yourself?
