If you do, or have suffered from back pain, tight hips or glutes (bottom muscles), you’re not alone.

Many of my clients (and myself included at different times) suffer or have suffered from pain in these areas.

Back pain is commonly caused from sitting too long, poor posture and or muscle imbalance. Eg weak and or tight glutes, tummy, back and or hip muscles, plus many more combinations.

There are obviously some more severe back injuries, that are not caused from poor posture etc (e.g. accidents). However many of them still often are initiated from or end up with these imbalances. 

Keeping your body strong and supple and balanced helps to avoid injury.

If you are feeling tight in the glutes, back and hips, one of the best techniques I often find helps, is to use this simple ball release.
