This membership IS for you if;

  • You want to look after your body and make exercise a part of your life.
  • You want to feel stronger, tone up and stay regular in your routine.

  • You are Intermediate Level and want to continue Pilates.
  • You practice Pilates regularly and a supplement to your current routine.
  • You are Intermediate level – there will be more classes coming very soon.

This membership is NOT for you if: 

  • You don’t want to look after & learn about your body
  • You do not have a doctors clearance to exercise
  • You have an acute injury that prevents you from doing certain exercises.
    • (please consult me if you are unsure)
  • You are pre natal, or post natal
    • (within 3 months post natal – unless you have consulted me directly to discuss your level)
  • You are advanced level
    • Advanced classes will be added in a few months time. Please look to sign up again then!
