To get active again and be stronger.
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
I’ve been doing classes for over 2 months now and I can already see the differences in my strength and flexibility.

Continue to move my body everyday, work on getting stronger, and more flexible
How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
Emma’s teaching style is fantastic. She is motivating and I love how clear she is when explaining what moves she’s doing. I find the monthly calendar a really great way to do a new video everyday and it almost always leads to me doing a second video each day.
Do you receive value for money and would you recommend The Core Fit Club to others looking to improve their fitness, health & wellbeing?
I think there is incredible value for the money spent in this program. The support from both Emma and other people doing it is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. If you compare it to going to a gym it’s an incredible savings and you can do it on your own time from the comfort of your home or even when on vacation.
Share something that Emma said or did that really resonated with you
She is always reminding me to listen to my own body. I’m learning when to push and what the difference is between that and doing too much.
What is your major take away?
Basically everyone who enjoys yoga, Pilates, or barre classes should give Emma a try! I wish I had found her years ago. I look forward every single day to doing my videos.
How confident do you feel about yourself and your health & wellbeing, with what you have learned from Emma & The Core Fit Club to date?
I feel confident that I am doing the moves correctly and taking steps to become healthier and stronger. Emma has a very clear way of explaining the moves and how they should feel.
What is Emma’s strength when it comes to Instructing/ coaching and training her clients?
Emma is very clear and definitely very knowledgeable in her field. I appreciate how often she reminds me in her videos to engage my core or keep my posture up or lower my shoulders. She is very friendly and also has a really enjoyable way of speaking.

What was your goal when you started training with Emma in the Core Fit Club?
To strengthen my core and improve my flexibility
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
My core is stronger and my flexibility vastly improved I can now touch my toes and no longer have pain in my lower back!
Which 3 key things has the Core Fit Club supported you with?
Helped with driving for work one 20min session and my hips no longer ache or a stretch class and the pain in my back is gone. I have learnt to listen to what my body needs rather than what I think it needs or others do. I have learnt to love my body again
How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
I can literally do it anywhere! Perfect at home especially during lockdown but also as I travel the whole of the UK great for hotel rooms plus it’s flexible I can pick a session what suits the time I have available so much easier to stick too
Do you receive value for money and would you recommend The Core Fit Club to others looking to improve their fitness, health & wellbeing?
I have recommended it a few times some have tried the free sessions and enjoyed it and helped them

Self love monthly blog was important to me as reminded me to take time out for myself instead of looking after others all the time and forgetting me. That 30mins a day has mentally restored me back to the fun loving person I was and stopped me stressing
What is your major take away?
So do what you can when you can don’t worry if you don’t follow the calendar and the other my body loves Pilates no more pain no more painkillers no more physiotherapy
How confident do you feel about yourself and your health & wellbeing, with what you have learned from Emma & The Core Fit Club to date?
Amazing I actually put a bikini on without a rash vest yesterday and didn’t worry about what I looked like for first time on years. Emma has given me my body confidence back even if I am no longer a uk size 6/8 I rock the body I have and love it curves included

She listens and is massively helpful with any questions or queries.

What was your goal when you started training with Emma in the Core Fit Club?
To become more flexible and tone up to both look better and feel better about myself.
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
I’m feeling more flexible, although I have a stiff hip, I moved awkwardly when riding a horse and it’s taking longer to heal, but it is improving! I have dropped a dress size and feel more confident about how I look, I also run regularly which has helped and I have less stiffness from running due to Pilates

Core strength, glute strength and my waist is smaller
How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
Flexibility as I can exercise when I have time. I work full time so fit in a class when I can and they are short classes but long enough to feel the effect

- To improve my technique and posture,

How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
All my goals noted above have been achieved at the point that I’m now a Mat Pilates Teacher.

How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
In the past I had Pilates in studio and in group. There was no way to personalize the class.
With the Core Fit Club, I can choose whatever class or workout I want to do depending on my time and how I feel on that day.

Very friendly and close to her members. She does address us with lot of concern and love. When teaching you don’t feel any barrier between you and her. Very humble, sweet and clear in her teaching.

What was your goal when you started training with Emma in the Core Fit Club?
Always done lots of energetic exercise through my life & I wanted to slow down & put less pressure on my body & try & strengthen my weak points & stay toned. It also suited me to be working out from home & at a time to suit me.
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
It has been a fantastic journey & I can honestly say I have been fulfilled beyond my expectations. Not only have I toned & strengthened my whole body I have really enjoyed Emma’s videos, am never bored & love the social scene with the Facebook page.
How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
Maybe being able to choose the difficulty of the class as some days I’m not as energetic as others. Sometimes I just want to work on a particular area too.

Toning and flexibility and keeping fit in lockdown when my classes at the gym stopped.
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
Yes feeling toned more flexible and fitter, I try and do at least one class a day

It’s like Emma can see you as she always seems to know what you’re doing wrong or going to do incorrectly. She has frequent challenges and keeps in touch with us regularly and always responds quickly to a question.

Be kind to yourself and listen to your body.
What is your major take away?
To not beat yourself up about not exercising if you don’t feel up to it, tomorrow is another day so restart then and enjoy your classes and the feeling exercise gives you

Clear concise instructions, talking you through the breathing and giving modifications if you have injuries or less flexibility.

What was your goal when you started training with Emma in the Core Fit Club ?
My goal was to achieve a toned body with a stronger core – having been through 12 months of the pandemic I had developed a covid ring around the middle and covid flab everywhere else!
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
I am very pleased with the results. After doing the 21 days challenge in January, I took out a membership with the Core Fit Club and have missed only 1 day so far and that was the day of my covid jab!

Any questions I have asked with regards to different exercises have been answered promptly.
How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
I feel like I am important in the Club and that my comments or suggestions are valued. Having a facebook page allows me to interact with other members which is fun and motivating.

Yes, I definitely receive value for money. and I would definitely recommend the Core Fit Club to others – and have already done so!

I am much more confident in my body – much more flexible and happy to be able to fit comfortably in my jeans again!
What is Emma’s strength when it comes to Instructing/ coaching and training her clients?
Emma is very professional in her teaching but also makes you feel that she is really interested in you as a person. She has a wonderful way of mentioning, in passing, small reminders such as: engage the abs, lower the shoulders, etc. This really helps !!! Also, providing various levels of an exercise for those who are not able to do exactly what she is doing without feeling like a failure!

What was your goal when you started training with Emma in the Core Fit Club?
To restore fitness after a year of lockdown and not being able to attend my once or twice a week yoga classes.
How successfully has that been achieved and where are you at now?
I’ve only been a member for about two months. I do a session each morning before breakfast and I am becoming fitter already. My flexibility is returning too. I have attended yoga classes for many years but Pilates is new for me.

How does what the Core Fit Club offer differ to other training programs you may have had in the past?
A daily suggested class and also the option to find a challenge or a class suited to a particular area of the body that needs attention.

The annual subscription is an excellent value for money. I enjoy doing it at home and online as I don’t need to drive to a class and also can do a session at a time convenient for me.

Pilates is a great way to keep fit, strong and flexible as I get older.
