A fun fast paced class to get your heart rate up. It will strengthen your legs, core, back and glutes.
Intervals of 30 secs – 1min of exercise and stretches.
Designed to get your heart rate up and burn calories.

    Ha ha, HITT class 2, yeah it was a bit of a shock after going a bit gentle. I even had a day off yesterday ! I can feel some difference, it’s taken a while but I’m sure the harder exercises are more achievable. Lost it with the lunge and hop a bit tho, just no co ordination, still I can always try again !     Pilates inspired HITT class 2 is amazing. I sweat like crazy and loved the workout. After all the stretching and yoga, I needed one like this for sure. Thank you!
