5 Day Barre Challenge // Day 6 - Stretch

Today’s session will be just what you need after 5 days straight of Barre workouts! 
You will enjoy some ballet stretches to help to release the hips, hamstrings and glutes.

Props: Mat + try using the back or arm of a couch for the first stretch, or if you feel ok use a chair, bench or barre.

Running time: 11 mins

    Thanks Em, did the roller and theBarre stretch, it felt like I needed it ! Haven’t used the roller much, must do this class again, good to roll out the body. Off to bed now, hope I sleep great !
