5 Day Barre Challenge // Day 6 - Stretch

Today’s session will be just what you need after 5 days straight of Barre workouts! 
You will enjoy some ballet stretches to help to release the hips, hamstrings and glutes.

Props: Mat + try using the back or arm of a couch for the first stretch, or if you feel ok use a chair, bench or barre.
