Lat Pull Down with Band

General Level

This is a great session for anyone who needs to strengthen the lats, middle and lower traps.
If you suffer from neck pain or tight upper traps, the first exercise is great.

The triceps exercise is fantastic to tone up the back of the arms.

NOTE – if your door is not high enough to have the same setup as me, you can try this exercise seated on the floor or on a stool if it helps, rather than standing, so you can get a different distance.

Suitable for all levels.
Prop – Resistance Band
