Lat Pull Down with Band (back fat area focus)

This is a great session for anyone who needs to strengthen the lats, middle and lower traps.
If you suffer from neck pain or tight upper traps, the first exercise is great.

The triceps exercise is fantastic to tone up the back of the arms.

eg if door not high enough, you can try it seated on the floor or on a stool if it helps.

Suitable for all levels.
