Weights Class 3 : Gym Lat Pull Down Bar

General Level

This class is great for anyone who wants to strengthen the back muscles, lats, middle, and lower traps. Plus tone up the triceps.

 

These exercises can be mimicked with the thera band, so if you don’t have access to the gym, try out the class where I talk about the same exercise using a thera band or even old stretch pants.
