“I like being able to have a qualified instructor offer classes that I can fit into my schedule. I am semi retired and manage to stay quite busy! There are a variety of class times also, so when I feel crunched by time restraints, there is always a class I can fit in so I do not feel like I have missed out. I also love the fact that I can try a variety of classes which will suit my physical needs that day as well as fit the mood, I am in. On another note, I do not always want to do the same class day in and day out I love the variety. In my province the gyms and classes are not open so, I am not bound by COVID restrictions and can stay fit.”

Emma’s teaching style is fantastic. She is motivating and I love how clear she is when explaining what moves she’s doing. I find the monthly calendar a really great way to do a new video everyday and it almost always leads to me doing a second video each day.

Emma is very knowledgeable and inspiring, and so calming. These classes really relax me because of her. Other instructors were loud and yelling at you! Not pleasant! She is peaceful, encouraging, and helps you to make sure you’re not pushing too much, to be patient with and to just listen to yourself, but to keep working. CFC helped with driving for work one 20min session and my hips no longer ache or a stretch class and the pain in my back is gone. I have learnt to listen to what my body needs rather than what I think it needs or others do. I have learnt to love my body again. I love how knowledgeable Emma is on the science behind the exercises. Her workouts educate you on why something is good for you. I like that each exercise has different levels so you can aim higher, but also feel assured that you are taking it at your own pace. Its great that there are different length programmes – it makes it easier to fit them in.
