5 Day Barre Challenge // Day 2 - Core
This is a purely abdominal focused session.
My intention is to wake up those abdominals so you can stay connected to your centre throughout the rest of the challenge.
Remember you should never feel back or neck pain. If you need to modify the exercises (e.g. put your head down or bend your knees etc, do whatever you need to to keep your body comfortable) It gets easier the more you practice.
In the meantime take modifications where you need.
