Can you believe we are now at the end of week two!

Wow you’re doing amazing!

Today I’m excited to be teaching you Yoga Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar).

If you’re a regular Yogi you will know what I’m talking about.

If you’re new to Yoga, Sun Salutations are a sequence of linked asanas (poses).

They have many benefits besides unwinding the mind and body from stress, they lengthen and strengthen the body and at the same time distribute the prana (energy, life, breath, or chi) throughout the system. They also help manage weight, improve digestion, correct imbalances in the body, improve skin and much more.

The variation I have chosen is usually accessible for most people.

As always take modifications as needed and listen to your body.
