21 Day Challenge // Day 12 - Barre Abs & Butt

This barre session will be ab and butt focus. You will not require a barre just your mat.
Ideally you only feel ab work, no neck or lower back pain.
Be sure to modify by bending your knees if you feel back tension,
come up higher if you feel neck tension or come down for a break.
This video is suitable for all levels.
