21 Day Challenge // Day 10 - Barre - Cardio/Abs/Arms
This Barre class will include some cardio, ab and arm work.
All of this this class will be done away from the barre, however you may want something to hold near by for the beginning if you are unsure of your balance. You will need your mat for the floor work.
Be sure to take modifications as you need them.
This video is suitable for all levels.
