Do I need any special equipment
Tjere are some classes that don’t require any equpment.
However ideally you will purchase a fit ball.
These are not very expensive and you will have this for the duration of your pregancy, use it during birth, and postpartum to bounce your baby to sleep and use when breast feeding.
Do I always have access to the classes?
