How it works…

Sign up to receive your classes. Then join our Facebook group (optional).

STEP 2
You’ll receive a welcome email to prepare for the challenge. Plus invite a friend to join you for accountability!

STEP 3
Receive a new daily workout video via email, starting 21st July, for 10 days!

STEP 4
Complete your workout in the comfort of your own home in your own time. Enjoy feeling strong, fit, flexible, confident and toned!

- Videos pre-recorded so you can watch them in your own time & approx 20-30 mins in length

That’s why I created my Toned Legs in 10 Days Challenge. To help you feel happy, through physical fitness!
If you’ve been meaning to get back into exercise, want stronger, more toned legs, or you’re simply looking for short classes that fit into your busy day, this challenge is a great place to start.
Each 20–30 minute class combines some of my favourite Pilates and Barre exercises to strengthen and tone your legs, glutes and core, while improving your balance, posture and mobility. You’ll also help reduce everyday aches and pains, boost your energy, and build a healthy exercise habit that you can continue long after the challenge has finished.
I’ve been teaching Pilates, Yoga, and Barre for more than 23 years. I know what works, especially for women who want to feel strong and move with ease.
You’ll be surprised at how just 10-15 minutes per day can make you feel.

Is this suitable for beginners?
YES this is suitable for all levels.
Can I keep the videos?
You can keep the videos until 1st August 2026.
After this time you can use the classes from inside the Core Fit Club- my online studio.
