The Magic Circle Garden Series!

This is a unique series that is, as the name suggests, set in my friend’s beautiful garden.

It incorporates, stretch, strengthening, toning and also includes props.

If you don’t have all the props, don’t worry, you can still do it. You can improvise and use some items from your home, like soup cans or bottles filled with water (for weights), play ball or pillow (for overball/magic circle), old stockings or stretch pants (for band/magic circle).

This is why I created my Magic Garden Pilates Series. To help you feel happy, through physical fitness!

A little about me….

I’m an Australian (well Tasmanian to be exact. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 18 years and help women all over the world feel empowered, strong, flexible and toned through Online Pilates, Yoga & Barre classes.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced level, you’ll get so much out of this challenge.

Each day builds on the next and by the end of the 10 days, you’re going to feel amazing.

I look forward to seeing you on the Mat and can’t wait to train you!

FAQs …

Is this suitable for beginners?

YES this is suitable for all levels.

Can I keep the videos?

You can keep the videos for until 22nd of June 2023.
After this time you can use the classes from inside the Core Fit Club- my online studio.

Do I need any equipment?
This challenge uses props for some classes;

Magic Circle
Band
Hand Weights
Overball

However if you don’t have all the props, don’t worry, you can still do it.

You can improvise and use some items from your home, like

How long are the classes?
They are 20 – 40 mins long.
You can combine some of the classes  as we get further into the challenge if you’d like longer sessions.
