How it works…

STEP 1
Sign up by email for  to receive your classes. Join our Facebook group (optional).

STEP 2
You’ll receive a welcome email to prepare for the challenge. Invite a friend to join you for accountability!

STEP 3
Receive a new 10 -15 min daily workout video via email, starting 16th January, for 21 days!

 

STEP 4
Complete your workout in the comfort of your own home in your own time. Enjoy feeling strong, fit, flexible, confident and toned!

This is why I created my 21Day Pilates, Barre and Yoga Challenge. To help you feel happy, through physical fitness!

A little about me….

I’m an Australian (well Tasmanian to be exact. I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 18 years and help women all over the world feel empowered, strong, flexible and toned through Online Pilates, Yoga & Barre classes.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced level, you’ll get so much out of this challenge.

Each day builds on the next and by the end of the 21 days, you’re going to feel amazing.

I look forward to seeing you on the Mat and can’t wait to train you!

I struggle to remain dedicated to completing challenges such as this, however I actually found myself diving on my emails to see what Emma had install today and honestly the 21 days, Wow, flew by.

Emma Thank You ever so much for your combination of 3 styles of training, your calm relaxing delivery style and the back ground education which I believe is oh so important. Not only is it interesting but also invaluable in terms of solidifying your why. Why doing these types of training are important to all.
