You’ll receive a welcome email to prepare for the challenge. Invite a friend to join you for accountability!

Receive a new 10 -15 min daily workout video via email, starting 17th January, for 21 days!

You and I are alike. We both want to be healthy and happy.

Joseph Pilates said “Physical fitness is the pre requisite to happiness“. I must say, he’s right. When I’m feeling physically fit I am much happier.

This is why I created my 21 Day Pilates Challenge. To help you feel happy, through physical fitness!

A little about me….

I’m 51 (47 in this shot) and have been teaching Pilates, Yoga, and Barre for more than 23 years. I know what works, especially for women who want to look and feel great.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced level, you’ll get so much out of this challenge. Each day builds on the next and by the end of the 21 days, you’re going to feel amazing. You’ll also be so proud of yourself for what you will have achieved. Even if you only do a few sessions of this challenge, I believe everything little bit counts, so be sure to join me and thousands of other women around the world.

I look forward to seeing you on the Mat and can’t wait to train you!

I'm a member of the Core Fit Club - Do I need to sign up?

As a member, this challenge is always available for you inside your Core Fit Club dashboard, so there is no need to sign up here. 🙂

How much does the 21 Day Challenge cost?

This challenge is FREE for the whole duration of the challenge.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes this challenge is suitable for beginners and different levels of experience.

Do I need any equipment?

No special equipment is needed.

How long are the classes?
Classes are 10 – 20 mins long.
You can combine some of the classes as we get further into the challenge if you’d like longer sessions.
Will it help lose weight?

The 21 Day Challenge will help you lose weight.

However, that is largely dependent on many other factors, not just Pilates or exercise.

Diets and lifestyles and other things come into play.

How do I access the challenge videos ?

The challenge videos will be sent to you daily, by email, starting Saturday 17th January.

What time are the classes?

There’s no specific time that you have to complete the classes, they are all online and pre-recorded and you can do them in your own time.

The videos will be emailed directly to your inbox daily.

You will have free unlimited access to these classes for the full 21 days.

Can I keep the videos?

You can keep the videos for FREE until 9th February (AEST).

After this time, you can use the classes from inside The Core Fit Club – my online Pilates studio.
