STEP 2
You’ll receive a welcome email to prepare for the challenge. Plus invite a friend to join you for accountability!

STEP 3
Receive a new daily workout video via email, starting Friday 14th November, for 14 days!

STEP 4
Complete your workout in the comfort of your own home in your own time. Enjoy feeling strong, fit, flexible, confident and toned!

‘I completed 14 days challenge. It was really awesome. Loved doing it and challenging myself. Corrected lots of mistakes on my posture as I do yoga at home and learnt to do some good useful stretches and exercises to strengthen my lower back.
It was nice being part of the team, keeping myself motivated. Loved Emma’s videos, it feels as she is watching you when she corrects posture.

I created the 14-Day Pilates Toning & Posture Challenge to help you feel stronger, more energised, and confident in your body, no matter your age or fitness level.
Each class is simple, fun, and designed to help you tone up, improve posture, and move with ease again in just 20 minutes a day.
I’m 51 (47 in this shot) and have been teaching Pilates, Yoga, and Barre for more than 23 years. I know what works, especially for women who want to look and feel great.
You’ll be supported every step of the way, and by the end of the 14 days, you’ll notice a positive difference both inside and out.

I'm a member of the Core Fit Club - Do I need to sign up?
As a member, this challenge is always available for you inside your Core Fit Club dashboard, so there is no need to sign up here. 🙂
How much does the 14 Day Challenge cost?
This challenge is FREE for the whole duration of the challenge.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes this challenge is suitable for beginners and different levels of experience.
Do I need any equipment?
No special equipment is needed.
How long are the classes?
Will it help lose weight?
The 14 Day Challenge will help you lose weight. However, that is largely dependent on many other factors, not just Pilates or exercise. Diets and lifestyles and other things come into play.
How do I access the challenge videos ?
The challenge videos will be sent to you daily, by email, starting Saturday 14th June.
What time are the classes?
There’s no specific time that you have to complete the classes, they are all online and pre-recorded and you can do them in your own time.
The videos will be emailed directly to your inbox daily. You will have free access to these classes for the full 14 days.
Can I keep the videos?
You can keep the videos for FREE until 29th November.
After this time, you can use the classes from inside The Core Fit Club – my online Pilates studio.
