International Yoga Day Class
Today’s yoga class combines some breathing techniques, mindfulness, a traditional Hatha Sun Salutation.
It’s a well rounded balancing and releasing class that will leave you refreshed and relaxed.
Props: You’ll need a yoga strap, or if you don’t have one a bath towel, either a yoga block to sit in or if not a pillow is fine.
