Today we’re back to Yoga and I think you’ll love this session after all your stronger Pilates & Barre sessions!

These sessions will help you feel relaxed and open your hips, shoulders and groin area.

You’ll learn a very special breathing technique, which you can use in your daily life to help you relax, destress, calm your mind and even help you sleep.

I’ll also get you to try a visualisation. These are great for creating your ideal life.

When I ask you to visualise the day you want, I’d like you to think about your perfect day, how it would look and feel.

They’ll be FREE to use for a few days after the 21 days, so as many people as possible get the chance to finish, or at least try a good number some of the workouts.

You can however continue training with me and using the videos anytime and as often as you like, from inside my boutique Online Boutique Pilates Studio : The Core Fit Club.

The Core Fit Club is my boutique online Pilates Studio, which has a library of over 200 classes and tutorials (including the 21 Day Challenge videos) to choose from.

It’s a great way to stay consistent with workouts and save time and money, compared to attending classes at the gym or studios. Plus you get motivation, with new classes to try every month, an amazing supportive community and a monthly schedule of classes to follow.
