Today is our last Barre Class!

I’m thrilled to hear so many of you have enjoyed these classes – they get great results!

I have more Barre classes to try out inside my Online Pilates Studio, the Core Fit Club. 

There is even a fun 5 Day Barre Challenge inside the membership, and those videos are approximately 20 mins in length.

More information will be sent to you before Friday about the Core Fit Club and how you can join. 

For today’s class you’ll need a small pillow, hand towel or if you have a small soft ball to use between your legs, that would be great.

We’ll also do some arm work, so if you’d like to get out your hand weights, soup cans, or filled water bottles again, you can do that.

You also need a chair or bench to lean on.

Can be short and sweet. It would be great if you can film me from the computer so I see you doing it on the floor or with the computer or TV in the back ground. I will maybe use this for my website & social media.
