Today is the final Pilates class of the challenge!

Joseph Pilates (the creator of Pilates) once said;

“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference,
in 20 you’ll see the difference,
and in 30 you’ll have a new body”

He’s right, Pilates has the power to change your body.

You may not have been able to pin point exactly how much your Pilates has helped you during this challenge, because we’ve been mixing up the different styles of exercise.

However I can guarantee you, Pilates will have been a big contributor in you feeling so good during this challenge.

It really does change your body and for the best!

To be good at Barre, and also be safe, strong and aligned in Yoga, you really need the principles and awareness of Pilates.

Even if you do gym workouts, Pilates principles will apply.

When you master Pilates, you really learn to master and have control over your own body.

In fact Pilates was first called Contrology, it wasn’t until Joseph passed away that it was renamed Pilates.

Today’s class includes some intermediate exercises, so as always, listen to your body and take modifications.

PS: If you just started the challenge, or you are not at the same day as the challenge schedule, don’t worry about not being up  to date with the rest of the group. Take it at your own pace and enjoy your own challenge. The videos will be available for a few days after the challenge is over, so you still have some time.
