Today we focus on the core and more glutes!
Sorry if your glutes are already sore from yesterday. 😉
It’s important to have a strong core to help prevent back pain and to help keep good posture.
Most people think that the core is made up of just the abdominal muscles, however it also includes our lower back muscles, glutes, inner thighs, shoulders and upper back muscles – basically all our trunk.
Working the glutes is really important because they are part of the core and are usually often weak because many of us sit more than we should in every day life. For this reason, you’ll start to notice I usually like to incorporate a lot of glute work in my classes.
The whole session will be done on the mat today, so you won’t need the barre.
Remember as always take it at your own pace, use modifications and listen to your body.
If something doesn’t feel right for you at any time be sure to leave it out. Especially if you are beginner level. There should never be any back or neck pain.
Only abdominals or glutes in this session!
The classes have been strong this week, so take it easy if you need to.

Lots of people are asking how long the videos will be available for after the challenge.
They’ll be free to use for a few days after the 21 days as I’d love to see most people finish the challenge as possible because reaching the end of the 21 Days feels fantastic.
