We have officially passed the half way mark!

I hope you’re enjoying some of the cardio element in your classes.

Today we have more cardio and also some focus on the legs.

Ideally you’ll have a fixed bench or something like a chair again, that is going to help you¬†balance while you’re doing the exercises.

For anyone with wrist pain

Some people have been getting wrist pain when weight bearing on the hands, due to conditions like carpel tunnel or arthritis, or just general wrist weakness. 

You can always opt to modify many exercises on the elbows if you need to. This is better than putting weight on the knuckles. 

I wanted to also include an extra video today which shares a few detailed tips on how to set up the towel under the hands and how to do push ups against the wall as an optional modification.
